Main Hall
for up to 35 people and an opportunity for a breakout session in the light-flooded Winter Garden (up to 10 people) and enough space for division into small groups.
Lake View
For workshops and meetings in a quiet atmosphere. Directly connected is a 29 m² roof terrace, ideal for breaks, small groups or creative sessions outdoors.
Small room
Can be used for working and as a communal space. Often used for yoga, meditation and breathwork during retreats.
Winter Garden
Can be used in combination with the Main Hall as a breakout room, or booked separately for a small group (complete with its own entrance).

Find your perfect work-lake balance - in Neupitz
Getting there
Berlin — so close and yet far enough away.
There are plenty of beautiful places in Brandenburg, but many are challenging to access. Here, it's a different story: Teupitz (the home of Neupitz) is just 54 kilometres away from the heart of Berlin, offers a nearby train station, and enjoys excellent connectivity. We're essentially close by — yet far enough to create a sense of distance and escape.
By train and bus
The RE 7 towards Senftenberg runs once an hour to Groß Köris (only 34 minutes from Ostkreuz). At the station take bus 726 or 727 and get off five minutes later at "Teupitz, Bergstraße", right at the foot of our grounds.
By car
Just an hour from Alexanderplatz: take the A113 and A13 towards Dresden and leave at the Groß Köris exit. Coming from the other direction, exit at Teupitz. A few minutes later you reach our grounds.
By bike
If you like it sporty, take the bike from Berlin towards Schmöckwitz. Turn right, pass the lakes at Zeuthen and Königs Wusterhausen and ride into Groß Köris. From there it is another 10 minutes to us.

Cosy minimalism, maximum relaxation. You decide how much private space you need. In the villa or one of our bungalows.

We are an open place for gathering, but we also know that some team processes require complete confidentiality or full focus without distractions from other guests. We are happy to reserve the entire grounds exclusively for you: guaranteed exclusive use of the 2 hectares, no other guests on site, maximum privacy and full branding options for the venue.
