Up to 34 people find a cosy retreat in the bright rooms of our historic villa or in our charming bungalows. On request, you're looked after with freshly prepared, vegetarian full-board catering, tailored to your offsite or team retreat.

You can try your skills with a bow and arrow. You will be given instructions on the basics. It's a great team-building activity. Concentration, body tension and calmness are important.

There are many beautiful places in Brandenburg, but most are difficult to reach. It's different with us: Teupitz (the home of Neupitz) is only 54 kilometers from Berlin city center, has a train station around the corner and is also ideally connected to other areas. We're almost close enough — and far enough away.
Once an hour, the RE 7 goes towards Senftenberg to “Groß Köris” (it only takes 34 minutes from Ostkreuz). At the train station, simply take bus 726 or 727 — and get off five minutes later at the foot of our property.
Only an hour away from Alex: simply take the A113 and A13 towards Dresden and take the “Groß Köris” exit. If you come from the other direction, drive out at “Teupitz”. A few minutes later, you will reach our property.
If you like sports, take the bike — and drive from Berlin towards Schmöckwitz. Turn right, pass the lakes in Zeuthen and Königs Wusterhausen and finally drive into Groß Köris. From there, it's only 10 minutes to us.
