Workation is a combination of work and vacation, where people work at vacation spots or in relaxing environments. It allows you to stay productive and enjoy a break from your usual work environment at the same time. Here at the lake, for example.

Our arrival and departure times are:
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m
- Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Unfortunately not yet. Our main building is a villa built in 1902 with stairs and thresholds. In addition, there is our hilly property. However, barrier-free rooms and entrances are an integral part of our planned new building. We expect implementation not earlier than 2028.

Even though our architecture is not barrier-free, we try our best to make sure that people with disabilities have a great stay here. Talk to us and we will  find a solution.

We are a place for creative work. Most guests combine their stay with productive work and relaxation.

Yes We are always happy to have dogs. Please just be careful with your surroundings and keep your dog on a leash if there are many guests on the property. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to tell whether someone is afraid of dogs, and we would like to be careful of that. Your dog is also not allowed to sleep in bed or lie on our sofas.

We offer a number of additional services for groups and individual guests. For example, you can book an authentic pizza evening with your team or friends, a houseboat tour across Lake Teupitzer or rent canoes for your team. Just take a look at Specials & Packages or Free Time and find something suitable for you.

We love love and are happy that you’re celebrating yours. However, Neupitz isn’t the right place for your private celebrations. We have a clear focus on team offsites, retreats and modern work.

No, you don't have to. We have cozy bed linen and towels for you on site.

We are very well connected to public transportation, and most of our guests arrive by train. If you’d prefer to come by car, we have a few parking spots on site and others on the street right in front of the venue.

We have a confidential refrigerator on site. There are various drinks available at fair individual prices. Also in the range: water | soft drinks from Biozisch & Ostmost | beer from Lammsbräu & Braumanufaktur Potsdam | wine. For this reason, please refrain from bringing your own drinks.

Yes, we have a great kitchen and offer fresh, saisonal, and vegetarian meals served family-style for groups of 10 people or more. Smaller teams or individual guest can use our self-catering kitchen and cook for themselves.
We do not offer à la carte dishes.

We have kitchen slots for individual guests:
- Breakfast: 8.45am – 9.30am
- Lunch: 1.00pm – 2.00pm
- Dinner: from 7.00pm
Groups can book the kitchen for self-catering and pay a kitchen usage fee.
