Workation is a combination of work and vacation, where people work at vacation spots or in relaxing environments. It allows you to stay productive and enjoy a break from your usual work environment at the same time. Here at the lake, for example.

Our arrival and departure times are:

• - Check-in: 3:00 p.m
• - Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Unfortunately not yet. Our main building is a villa built in 1902 with stairs and thresholds. In addition, there is our hilly property. However, barrier-free rooms and entrances are an integral part of our planned new building. We expect implementation not earlier than 2028.

Even though our architecture is not accessible, we want to do everything we can to make a great stay possible for people with disabilities too. Get in touch with us, we are sure to find a solution.

We are a place for creative work. Most guests combine their stay with productive work and relaxation.

When you have them under control ;) We love kids!

Yes We are always happy to have dogs. Please just be careful with your surroundings and keep your dog on a leash if there are many guests on the property. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to tell whether someone is afraid of dogs, and we would like to be careful of that. Your dog is also not allowed to sleep in bed or lie on our sofas.

We offer a range of additional services for groups and individual guests. For example, you can book a DIY pizza evening, a houseboat tour across Teupitzer See, or hire canoes for the whole team. Simply have a look under Specials & Packages or Leisure to find something that suits you.

We love love and are happy that you’re celebrating yours. However, Neupitz isn’t the right place for your private celebrations. We have a clear focus on team offsites, retreats, and modern work.
Also we have a quiet night after 10 p.m.

No, you don't have to. We have cozy bed linen and towels for you on site.

We are very well connected to public transportation, and most of our guests arrive by train. If you’d prefer to come by car, we have a few parking spots on site and others on the street right in front of the venue.

We have an honesty fridge on site with a variety of drinks at fair individual prices. Included in the selection: water, soft drinks from Biozisch & Ostmost, beer from Lammsbräu & Braumanufaktur Potsdam, wine. For this reason, we ask that you refrain from bringing your own drinks.

Yes, we have a great kitchen and offer fresh, saisonal, and vegetarian meals served family-style for groups of 10 people or more. Smaller teams or individual guest can use our self-catering kitchen and cook for themselves.
We do not offer à la carte dishes.

Individual guests have access to our new shared kitchen in the Winter Garden. Teams can also self-cater here for a kitchen usage fee.
