The price for your Workation is made up of these two components. From the 6th night, one night is on us. It is best to check the booking tool directly to see which room category suits you and is currently available.

Coworking in the Main Hall
Bright, comfortable with views of the greenery and plenty of power sockets. Here you work at the beautiful wooden table in the company of other guests. It is best to take long calls in your room or outside in the fresh air, so everyone here can focus.

On the first floor overlooking the lake: large monitors, height-adjustable desks, a roof terrace and plenty of quiet. A space for focused work, not phone calls.
Kleiner Saal Common Room
The Kleiner Saal is our central common room in the Villa. For breaks, games nights and long conversations, or for reading and relaxing on the red sofa.

Need complete peace and quiet? There is a dedicated desk in your room where you can always retreat for uninterrupted meetings, long calls or quiet hours.

We love working close to nature or taking breaks under the open sky. By the water, on the meadow or in the shade of our apple tree: find your favourite spot outdoors.

You decide where you work today: in the bright Coworking area looking out onto the greenery, at your private desk in your room, or outside by the lake. Reliable Wi-Fi covers the entire grounds, alongside comfortable chairs and plenty of sockets for your laptop and phone. When you need a break, the forest, meadow, and water are only a few steps away.

Minimalist comfort, maximum relaxation: our rooms offer a cosy retreat with no unnecessary fuss. At Neupitz, you will find the right accommodation for a short stopover or a full Workation week. Every room has a desk, storage space for your belongings, bed linen, and towels. You can see room availability and pricing for your chosen dates directly when booking.
Food
Shared kitchen
Our fully equipped communal kitchen is located in the lovely conservatory. Here you can self-cater entirely to your own taste. There is plenty of space in the large fridge for your fresh groceries. Basic staples such as oil, rice, pasta, oats and spices are already there.
Community Dinner
On request, a community dinner takes place several times a week for all Workation guests. We serve a freshly prepared vegetarian dinner, where you can get to know each other and connect across the long table.
Coffee, Tea & Cake
Coffee, tea and water are available all day, with cake served at 4 pm. All included.
Fridge of trust
In our so called "fridge of trust", you'll find local and sustainable beverages at fair prices. Simply help yourself and mark it on our tally sheet. Settlement will be done later. We trust you.
Groceries
Three supermarkets are within walking distance, and you can borrow our e-cargo bike for larger shops.
Food just the way you like it.
During your Workation, you cater for yourself in a way that suits your day. We provide a basic pantry of groceries that you are welcome to use. If you like, share recipes and meals: the kitchen quickly becomes a natural gathering place with others.
Leisure & rest
Sauna evenings
Our panorama sauna sits right on the lakeshore and is a real highlight for body and mind. Wind down your day in comfort; sauna sessions start from 20:30.
Yoga & Sport
Whether it's yoga, a run or a sweaty workout: you can stick to your routine here and train alone or team up with others. Mats and props are available for your yoga practice, and for the best running routes, simply follow our guide.
Beach
Ready to cool off after a heated discussion? Our swimming area right on the property invites you to take a refreshing dip. Those who prefer to stay dry can sunbathe undisturbed on the large lawn.
Own grove
Discover the peace of nature on a walk or take a short break in our idyllic woodland. For longer walks, a large forest begins right next door.
Campfire place & stick bread
Spend cosy evenings by the crackling fire and bake your own stick bread - the evening hours are when the interesting stories come out.
Time to recharge.
At Neupitz, rest is right on your doorstep: on our 2-hectare grounds, you can walk across a wide meadow or through our private woodland down to the lake. In your free time, there is plenty to do, or you can simply unwind in the sauna and put your feet up.
What your day could look like:

Morning
A morning run, workout, or yoga. Or: sleep in, take a cup of tea down to the lake, and have breakfast. Then start your first work session, wherever you can focus best.

Midday
You prepare your lunch in the shared kitchen and perhaps chat with others. To clear your head, enjoy a break in the fresh air.

Afternoon
Re-energised, you return to your projects. At 16:00, you join the others for a cake break that prevents any afternoon slump.

Evening
Several times a week there is a community dinner, every evening the sauna is heated from 20:30, sometimes a film is on or you relax in your room.
Getting here
Berlin – close by, yet far enough away.
Your Workation does not need a long-haul flight! Neupitz is just 45 minutes from Berlin city centre and easy to reach by public transport. In other words: close enough, yet far enough away.
By train and bus
The RE 7 towards Senftenberg runs once an hour to Groß Köris (only 34 minutes from Ostkreuz). At the station take bus 726 or 727 and get off five minutes later at "Teupitz, Bergstraße", right at the foot of our grounds.
By car
Just an hour from Alexanderplatz: take the A113 and A13 towards Dresden and leave at the Groß Köris exit. Coming from the other direction, exit at Teupitz. A few minutes later you reach our grounds.
By bike
If you like it sporty, take the bike from Berlin towards Schmöckwitz. Turn right, pass the lakes at Zeuthen and Königs Wusterhausen and ride into Groß Köris. From there it is another 10 minutes to us.
